We target our web products to run on the latest version of five browsers. These browsers are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safarri, Google Chrome, and Opera.

IDX Real Estate Site (RETS)

This site demonstrates our ability to integrate the IDX feed for an MLS real estate search. It is also a great example of a design meant to reflect an individuals branding solution. The look and feel of this site is meant to show both personality and commitment to service. With that in mind, the landing page for this site is loaded with functionality meant to allow the user to have an easy experience when searching for Real Estate. The Featured Property, Featured Community, and main image on the landing page are all functions that are randomly filled from the database each time the page is refreshed. The Integrated Google Map feature displays listings grouped by community and is connected to the search results. This site also makes use of our Custom Content Management System, allowing the ability to make changes to any of the content throughout the site as well as update an Articles page keeping users up to date on what is new in the area as well as the Real Estate Market in general. Although not extensively used, this site also makes use of Flash Slide Shows and Flash Video.

Charming Inns

Corporate Splash Page Linked to Bed & Breakfast Sites

The Charming Inn sites are a great example of a design that represents their corporate branding. The Main Charming Inn site links out to their four Charleston, SC based Bed and Breakfasts; Fulton Lane Inn, John Rutledge House, Kings Courtyard Inn, and Wentworth Mansion. The four individual sites are very similar in both feel and functionality. By running all of the Charming Inn sites off of one database and employing our Content Management System, they are able to make changes to their specials sections as well as any area that is content managed on the fly. The specials are linked to the main corporate site, so changing them on an individual site, automatically updates the corporate page.

Reilley's

Restaurant Site

Reilleys Grill & Bar illustrates a good example of a redesign meant to represent a new look and feel of the restaurant after being renovated. Searching for a more elegant look, Reilleys rebranded their site with an updated logo that made use of darker colors with sharper imagery to create that city, steakhouse feel. Making full use of our custom Content Management System the administrators of Reilleys has the ability to update all content and imagery of the site. The site also features a flash slideshow intro on the home page as well as an updateable area for upcoming event announcements. The content manager also allows them access to change the pdf files for their Menu as well as their printable coupons, letting them make menu changes and updating promotion all on the fly. The Reilleys site makes use of several data repeating items such as the Staff & Family page and the upcoming Merchandise section. An embedded Google Map function is also used to give on site driving directions to both of the Reilleys Restaurants. Finally, the site has three forms; an RFP for Catering, a Customer Survey, and a basic Contact Us form, all of which send directly to the Administrators email account.

Energy One

Small Business

Energy One is a spray foam insulation company looking to capitalize on the green movement. Keeping this in mind, the design element was extremely important and looked to be a blend of their corporate information with a warm natural feel. The site uses a small flash intro on the home page with static images throughout the rest of the site. The site makes use of our custom Content Management System allowing them to make changes throughout the site on the fly. On the home page, the Green Tips and Upcoming Events are data driven through the CMS allowing them to update their site quickly and often. Energy One also has a data repeating template on the Testimonials page as well as form where their customers can upload their own testimonial. There is also a custom Contact Us form that sends directly to the Administrators personal email account.
